Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for choosing MILESTONES™. We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges. Please review the following information for a smooth return process.
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Return Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
- Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
- Items covered in animal/human hair, glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.
- Items with piling or strong odors (smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc.) will not be accepted.
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
Return Process:

- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
Refund/Exchange:
- We gladly accept returns for both refunds and exchanges.
- Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes. If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
